摘要
目的:分析现有的氯卡色林合成方法以确定适合工业化生产的路线。方法:总结氯卡色林的合成路线。结果:方法一原料易得,条件温和,总收率较高。结论:综述并比较了现有的氯卡色林合成工艺,方法一更加适于工业化生产。
Objective: To analyze the existing synthetic routes of lorcaserin hydrochloride and determine the suitable route for industrial production. Methods: Various synthetic processes of lorcaserin were summarized.Results: It was shown that the reaction conditions of route 1 were moderate and its total yield was higher in synthesis of lorcaserin hydrochloride. Conclusion: Compared with other routes for synthesizing lorcaserin hydrochloride,the process in route 1 is easily to be scaled up.
