慢性心衰大鼠心肌间质与交感神经重塑机理及中药联合运动干预影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过建立慢性心衰大鼠模型,利用益气活血中药及运动训练联合干预,探讨慢性心衰心肌间质与交感神经重塑的机理及防治慢性心衰的新途径。方法:以冠脉结扎法配合力竭式游泳、减食等方法塑造慢性心衰大鼠模型,随机将造模成功大鼠分为7组,每组10只,分别给予药物治疗和(或)运动训练,治疗6周后处死取材。观察各组大鼠心肌细胞的形态学变化、心肌中TH、NET含量、心肌组织中GAP-43基因及GAP-43蛋白表达变化。结果:心衰模型组TH、NET、GAP-43表达均明显升高,与假手术组比较差异有统计学意义;经药物和(或)运动训练干预后,与心衰模型组比较,各治疗组均明显下降,中药联合运动组效果最明显。结论:益气活血中药联合运动训练能减轻心肌间质及交感神经重塑,效果优于单纯的药物组及运动训练组。 Objectives:Through the establishment of rat model of chronic heart failure, the use of yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine and sports training joint intervention to explore the mechanism of chronic heart failure, myocardial interstitial between sympathetic remodeling and new ways of prevention and treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods: In coronary artery ligation with formula swimming exhaustive, less food and other methods to shape the rat model of chronic heart failure, the successful model rats were randomly divided into seven groups of 10. After drug treatment were given and (or) exercise training for 6 weeks were sacrificed, observing the morphological changes in rat cardiomyocytes, myocardial TH, NET content of myocardial tissue GAP-43 GAP-43 gene and protein expression. Results A model group has TH, NET, GAP-43 expression was significantly increased compared with the sham group was statistically significant; after drugs and (or) exercise training intervention, heart failure model group than each treatment group were significantly decreased, TCM joint campaign group has the most obvious effect. Conclusion: Yiqihuoxue medicine combined with joint exercise training can reduce myocardial interstitial remodeling and sympathetic. The results are better than the drug group and exercise training group.
