谷参肠安胶囊联合锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Patients by Gushenchangan Capsule Combined with Xileisan

目的:评价谷参肠安胶囊联合锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将我病房2013年2月至2016年2月收治的60例溃疡性结肠炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组使用美沙拉秦治疗(4g,3次/d),治疗组在对照组基础上使用谷参胶囊联合锡类散灌肠治疗,疗程为4周。结果:治疗组能明显改善腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便,2组差异有统计学意义。结肠镜下炎症改善情况,治疗组83.33%,对照组70.0%,治疗组优于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义;2组疾病活动指数降低,降低幅度治疗组优于对照组。结论:谷参肠安联合锡类散灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety for the treatment of ulcerative colitis patients by Gushenchangan Capsule combined with Xileisan. Methods： Randomized controlled methods were adopted in this research. 60 ulcerative colitis patients, hospitalized in our ward from February 2013 to February 2016, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Mesalazine （4 g, qid） was used in the control group, while in the treatment group Gushenchangan Capsule combined with Xileisan were applied on the basis of Mesalazine for 4 weeks. Results：Symptoms as abdominal pain, diarrhea, mucous bloody stool in the treatment group were more obviously alleviated, the results between two groups had statistical significance. The inflammation improvement rate under colonoscopy was 83.33% （ treatment group） and 70. 0% （ control group）. Difference was statistically significant. Disease activity index was reduced in both groups, reducing rate in treatment group was higher than that of control group. Conclusion： The clinical curative effect is distinct, safe and reliable by treatment of ulcerative colitis patients using Gushenchangan capsule combined with xileisan.
