益气清利化瘀方内服结合化瘀降浊方沐足治疗脾肾两虚型慢性肾脏病临床观察

Clinical observation of oral medication of Yiqi Qingli Huayu Prescription combined with footbath of Huayu Jiangzhuo Prescription in the treatment of chronic kidney disease of kidneyspleen deficiency

目的观察益气清利化瘀方内服结合化瘀降浊方沐足治疗脾肾两虚型慢性肾脏病的临床疗效。方法将74例脾肾两虚型慢性肾脏病患者随机分为对照组(34例)和治疗组(40例);两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组另予益气清利化瘀方内服和化瘀降浊方沐足,疗程2个月。观察两组临床疗效和治疗前后中医证候积分和肾功能变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组为55.9%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且其积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血肌酐、尿素氮和尿蛋白含量较治疗前降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),肾小球滤过率较治疗前升高(P<0.05);且治疗组肾功能指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论益气清利化瘀方内服结合化瘀降浊方沐足可改善慢性肾脏病患者临床症状和肾功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral medication of Yiqi Qingli Huayu Prescription combined with footbath of Huayu Jiangzhuo Prescription in the treatment of chronic kidney disease of kidney-spleen deficiency. Methods Seventy-four cases of chronic kidney disease with kidney-spleen deficiency were randomly divided into the control group（ 34 cases） and treatment group（ 40 cases）. Both groups were received the conventional treatment of western medicine,the treatment group was treated with oral medication of Yiqi Qingli Huayu Prescription combined with footbath of Huayu Jiangzhuo Prescription additionally,with a course of 2 months. The clinical efficacy in both groups were observed,as well as the changes of TCM syndrome scores and renal function before and after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85. 0 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 55. 9%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the treatment before（ P〈0. 05）,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and urinary protein in both groups were decreased compared with the treatment before（ P〈0. 05,P〈 0. 01）,and the glomerular filtration rate was increased compared with the treatment before（ P〈0. 05）. The effects of the treatment group on improving the renal function indexes were better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05,P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion Oral medication of Yiqi Qingli Huayu Prescription combined with footbath of Huayu Jiangzhuo Prescription can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and renal function of patients with chronic kidney disease.
