综述非编码RNA与中医药相关的研究进展,包括miRNA与中药作用机制、中医证候的研究,lncRNA与中药作用机制研究。ceRNA-miRNA-mRNA完善了ncRNA的机制网络,为中医证候、中药作用机制研究提供一个全新的视角,并探讨ncRNA与中医药研究的学术意义。

This paper reviewed the research progress on noncoding RNA（ ncRNAs） and traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,including miRNA and TCM syndrome and mechanism,lncRNA and TCM mechanism. ceRNA-miRNA-mRNA improve the mechanism network of ncRNA,which provide new perspective for TCM syndrome research and TCM mechanism elucidation. The academic significance of ncRNA and TCM research was also discussed.
