摘要
目的研究茅莓根的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等分离技术。结果从茅莓根的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定19个化合物。通过理化性质及波谱数据分析,其化合物结构分别鉴定为:对羟基苯甲酸(1),4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲酸(2),3-甲氧基4-羟基苯甲酸(3),β-谷甾醇(d),齐墩果酸(5),乌苏酸(6),2-OXO-坡模酸(7),坡模酸(8),对羟基苯乙醇(9),psiguaninA(10),2α-羟基熊果酸(11),委陵菜酸(12),2α,3α,19α,23-四羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-羧酸(13),表儿茶素(14),2α,3α,19α,24-四羟基齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸(15),2α,3α,19α,24-四羟基乌苏-12-烯-28-羧酸(16),2α,3β,19α-三羟基齐墩果-12-烯-23,28-二羧酸(17),悬钩子皂苷R1(18)和β-胡萝卜苷(19)。结论化合物1—3,5,7—10,12,15~17为首次从茅莓根中分离得到,化合物7,9为首次从悬钩子属植物中分离得到,化合物10,15—17为首次从蔷薇科植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Rubus parvifolius. METHODS Various chromato- graphic techniques such as silica gel, Sephadex LH -20, and prep-HPLC column chromatography were used. RESULTS Nineteen compounds, including 12 triterpenoids were isolated from the roots of Rubus parvifolius. Based on the analysis of their spectroscopic da- ta, the structures of these 19 compounds were identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), 4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzoic acid (2) , 3- methoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 3 ),β-sitosterol (4), oleanolic acid (5), ursolic acid (6), 2-oxopomolic acid (7), pomolic acid ( 8 ), p-hydroxyphenylethyl alcohol ( 9 ), psiguanin A ( 10 ), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid ( 11 ), tormentic acid ( 12 ), 2α, 3α, 19α, 23-tetra- hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid( 13 ), L-epicatechin(14) , 2α,3α, 19αt,24- tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid( 15 ), 2α,3α, 19α ,24- tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(16) , 2α,3β, 19α-trihydroxyolean-12-en-23,28-dioic acid( 17), suavissimoside R1 ( 18 ), and dau- costerol( 19), respectively. CONCLUSION Compounds 1 -3, 5, 7 - 10, 12, and 15 - 17 are isolated from the roots of R. parvifo- lius for the first time. Compounds 7 and 9 are isolated from the genus Rubus L. for the first time. Compounds 10 and 15 - 17 are isola- ted from the family Rosaceae for the first time.
