浅谈城市旅游景区无障碍环境的营造——以山东菏泽为例

Discussion on the Construction of Urban Tourist Attraction Barrier-free Environment——In the Case of Heze City of Shandong Province

根据国务院出台的《无障碍环境建设条例》和《国民旅游休闲纲要(2013—2020年)》,山东省文明办、省残联等八部门在全省范围内联合开展"好客山东旅游无障碍"活动,鼓励残疾人平等参与社会旅游生活。同时,菏泽市也出台《中共菏泽市委、菏泽市人民政府关于加快推进残疾人事业发展的实施意见》和《菏泽市残疾人"十二五"发展规划》。为贯彻落实好相关法律法规,更好地关注残疾人生活,我利用暑假时间对家乡景区的无障碍设施建设情况进行了调研。

At the same time, Heze has also introduced ＂CPC Heze Municipal Committee, Heze Municipal People＂s Government on accelerating the implementation of the development of the cause of the disabled＂ and ＂The development plan of ＇12th Five-Year＇ for the disabled in Heze City＂ .In order to implement relevant laws and regulations, to better focus on the life of the disabled, I used the summer vacation time to do a survey in the home area of the barrier free facilities for the construction.
