University-industry cooperation plays an important role in promoting social and economic development. Suqian has made some achievements in recent years, but there are still many problems. This paper analyzes the problems existing in university-industry cooperation in Suqian, and puts forward the countermeasures, in order to promote the development of university-industry cooperation in Suqian, it also provides some guidances and references, which has important theory value and practical significance.
