文章在知识产权评议相关研究和实践经验的基础上,分析南通市重大经济科技项目知识产权评议机制的基本框架以及机制运行的支撑保障,为南通市建立重大经济科技项目知识产权评议工作机制,进一步提高知识产权运用保护能力,充分发挥知识产权对经济社会发展的助推器作用提供理论参考。

Based on the relevant research and practical experience of intellectual property appraisal, this paper analyzes the basic framework of the intellectual property appraisal system and the support guarantee for the operation of the mechanism of the major economic and technological projects in Nantong, in order to establish an intellectual property appraisal mechanism of major economic and technological projects and further improve the protection of intellectual property rights, give full play to the role of intellectual property rights of the economic and social development provided a theoretical reference.
