摘要
基于热风非织造材料和超细纤维的特性,本文利用超声波粘合工艺将热风非织造材料与超细纤维非织造材料进行复合,开发出了一种新型复合非织造保暖材料,并对其结构和性能进行测试分析,探讨了超细纤维非织造材料以及复合结构对复合材料性能的影响,为复合保暖材料的研究开发提供了一定的参考。
Based on the properties of thermal-bonded nonwovens and superfine fiber, an advanced composite nonwoven material was developed by combining the thermal-bonded nonwovens with superfine fiber nonwovens through ultrasonic bonding process. The structure and properties were tested and analysed. In addition, the effects of superfine fiber nonwovens and their composite structures on the performance of the composite material were investigated. The article provided a reference for the research and development of composite thermal insulation materials.
