摘要 本研究应用荧光PCR技术鉴定水貂毛皮。方法建立:市场采购32件鞣制动物毛皮,提取足够的DNA,应用荧光PCR方法检测水貂成分;其中21件水貂毛皮检测到水貂成分,11件其他动物毛皮均未检出水貂成分,方法特异性达到100%。方法验证:市场采购10件毛皮服装样品,比较宏观法与PCR法结果;其中宏观法鉴定结果与PCR法一致,宏观法无法确定水貂的4件样品均可通过PCR法明确。本方法可用于水貂毛皮的鉴定,并作为宏观法的有效补充和验证。 The study relates to the identification of mink fur based on PCR method. Test method was established by extracting enough DNA from 32 samples of tanned animal fur from market and employing the PCR method to identify the samples. After testing, 21 samples were proved to contain key constituent of mink, while the other 11 samples were component-free by PCR method with the specification of 100%. This test method was validated by comparing the results of conventional and PCR method respectively for 10 fur coat samples from the market. The results of conventional method were identical with PCR method, and 4 samples that couldn't be identified by the conventional method were measured by the PCR method. Eventually, the PCR method can be used in the field of identification of tanned mink fur and as supplement and verification for optical method.
