摘要
随着全球经济下行压力对我国服装外贸企业的影响日益加深,企业转型已成为服装外贸发展需要攻克的一项重大课题。国际贸易环境的变化和服装企业内部发展构成企业转型的动力。本文立足行业转型升级大背景,分析企业发展中的国际市场需求、企业生产成本和贸易政策壁垒等影响因素,提出生产模式转变、培养自主品牌和拓展新媒体营销等方法,以期为中小型服装外贸企业转型发展探索具有可行性的路径和措施。
With the mounting of global economic downward pressure on China's clothing and foreign trade enterprises, the transformation of enterprises has become a major issue needs to be overcome in the development of clothing trade. Changes in the international trade environment and the internal development of clothing enterprises constitute the driving force for the transformation of enterprises. Based on the background of transformation and upgrading of the industry, the paper analyzes the factors that influence the development of enterprise, such as demand in the international market, the enterprise's production costs as well as trade policies and barriers, and puts forward some solutions such as transform the production mode, cultivate independent brands and expand marketing with new media, aiming at exploring the feasible path and measures for the development and transformation of small- and mediumsized foreign trade clothing enterprises.
