配位剂组合对铝合金化学镀镍的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了获得较优的化学镀镍双组分配合剂,采用称重法和极化曲线法,研究了常用的乳酸、柠檬酸、丁二酸和氨基乙酸构成的双组分配位剂组合的种类和含量对化学镀镍镀速和镀层耐蚀性的影响,同时用激光共聚焦显微镜观察了不同组合配位剂下所获镀层的表面形貌。结果表明,选用含有10 g/L柠檬酸和5 g/L丁二酸的双组分配位剂对应的镀液对铝合金进行化学镀镍,可获得晶粒细小、耐蚀性较好的均匀镀层。 In order to obtain superior formula of bi-component common complexing agents,the weight-gain method and electrochemical polarization-curve method were used to study the influence of the kinds and concentration of bi-component common complexing agents,such as lactic acid,citric acid,succinic acid and glycine,on the quality,deposition rate and corrosion resistance of the coatings.Meanwhile,laser scanning confocal microscope was used to observe the surface morphology of coating obtained under different combination of complexing agents.Results showed that after electroless nickel plated in plating solution containing the di-component common complexing agents composed of 10 g/L citric acid and 5 g/L of succinic acid,the uniform nickel coatings with fine grains and exceptional corrosion resistance were prepared on Al alloy.
