摘要
利用Gleeble.3800热模拟试验机进行了7050铝合金热轧板材高向试样在应变速率0.01S-1-3S-1,变形温度为250—450℃条件下的恒速率等温压缩实验。得到了材料的流变应力曲线,分析了合金的流变应力变化特征,建立了合金的流变应力本构方程,为采用7050铝合金热轧板材作为坯料进行热加工工艺提供了理论依据。
By using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine, the constant speed and temperature com- pression test has been performed on the sample taken from 7050 aluminum alloy hot rolled plates under conditions with strain rate of 0.01 s-1·3 s-1 and deformation temperature of 250- 450℃. The flow stress curve of material has been obtained. By analyzing the change characteristics of flow stress, the constitutive equation for flow stress of alloy has been established, so as to provide the theoretical basis for performing the hot working processes on 7050 aluminum alloy hot rolled plates.
