PCrNi3MoV钢芯轴的热处理工艺优化

摘要 介绍了利用16 MN精锻机将PCrNi3MoV钢芯轴锻造成型后直接进行淬火热处理工艺。结果表明,PCrNi3MoV钢芯轴高温形变热处理后,强度提高,塑性和韧性得到进一步改善。 PCrNi3MoV steel mandrel has been carried out quenching process directly after it has been forged for forming by 16 MN precision forging machine. The results show that after heat treatment of PCrNi3MoV steel mandrel at high temperature, the strength is raised, and the plasticity and toughness are improved further.
