摘要
研究了TCY(三聚硫氰酸或2,4,6-三硫基-1,3,5三嗪)硫化体系中的酸吸收剂——轻质碳酸钙和氧化镁的用量对均聚型氯醚橡胶(CO)性能的影响。结果表明,在TCY体系中,随着轻质碳酸钙用量的增加,胶料的工艺正硫化时间t_(90)、硬度增加,压缩永久变形下降,拉伸强度、撕裂强度呈现有极大值的变化。在TCY/TT(二硫化四甲基秋兰姆)硫化体系中,随着氧化镁用量的增加,胶料的工艺正硫化时间、压缩永久变形下降,硬度增加,拉伸强度、撕裂强度、伸长率呈现有极大值的变化。在TCY/D(二苯胍)硫化体系中,随着氧化镁用量的增加,胶料工艺正硫化时间、硬度增加,压缩永久变形、拉伸强度及伸长率下降。建议碳酸钙用量为5份左右,氧化镁的用量为3份左右。
The effects of content of precipitated calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide on properties of chlorohydrin rubber were investigated. The results showed that, with the increased content of precipitated calcium carbonate, the optimum cure time t90 were extended, hardness were increased, permanent set were decreased. The cure of tensile strength and tear strength were parabola in TCY vulcanizing system. With the increased of magnesium oxide, the optimum cure time t,~0 and permanent set were decreased, hardness were increased. The cure of tensile strength, tear strength and elongation at break were parabola in TCY/TT vulcanizing system. With the increased of magnesium oxide, the optimum cure time t90 and hardness were increased. Permanent set, tensile strength and elongation at break were decreased in TCY/D vulcanizing system. The optimum dose of precipitated calcium carbonate is about 5 phr. The optimum dose of magnesium oxide is about 3 phr.
