针刺结合通脉温阳灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Pulse Explored through Moxibustion Treating Cold-damp Type Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的观察针刺结合通脉温阳灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎临床疗效。方法将108例寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎患者按照随机数表法分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(54例),对照组给予口服甲氨蝶呤片、来氟米特片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予针刺结合通脉温阳灸治疗。观察两组实验室检测指标:(1)C-反应蛋白(CRP)(mg/L);(2)类风湿因子(RF)(IU/mL);(3)血沉(ESR)(mm/h),疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分与临床疗效。结果两组治疗后ESR、CRP、RF均比治疗前降低,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组ESR、CRP、RF与对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后疼痛(VAS)评分,均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后疼痛(VAS)评分较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05);两组临床总有效率比较,治疗组总有效率92.59%,高于对照组79.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口服西药的基础上针刺结合通脉温阳灸治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿性关节炎疗效显著,优于单纯口服西药。

Objective To observe acupuncture combined with unclogged arteries explored a bit cold-damp type rheumatoid arthritis clinical curative effect. Pain （VAS） score, the two groups after treatment than before treatment significantly reduced（P〈0.05）, the treatment group after treatment（VAS） pain scores than the control group reduced more significantly （P〈0.05）; The clinical total effective rate in the two groups, treatment group total effectiveness 92.59%, 79.63% higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of oral western medicine acupuncture combined with pulse explored through moxibustion treat cold-damp type rheumatoid arthritis curative effect is distinct, better than oral western medicine alone.
