复原通络方对血脉瘀阻型下肢静脉功能不全的临床观察

目的观察复原通络方治疗下肢静脉功能不全血脉瘀阻型临床效果。方法选取下肢静脉功能不全患者60例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组服用消脱止(每日3次,每次2片),治疗组在对照组的基础上服用复原通络方,每日1剂,代茶饮,均治疗8周,观察两组患者用药前后症状改变、静脉血气值变化。结果治疗组治疗后有效率为93.3%,对照组治疗后有效率为83.3%;治疗后,两组的症状较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组较对照组乏力症状改善更加明显(P<0.05)。两组在治疗后O_2饱和度、O_2分压均有所提高,CO_2分压、总CO_2分压、PH值有所下降,且治疗组较对照组O_2饱和度、O_2分压提高更加明显(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组CO_2分压、总CO_2分压下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论复原通络方对改善下肢静脉功能不全血脉瘀阻型有较好临床疗效,与血气值有一定的关系。

Results After treatment effective rate of treatment group： 93. 3%, control group after treatment effective rate： 83.3%;After treatment, the symptoms of two groups was obviously improved, the treatment group than the control group and fatigue symptoms improved more significantly （P〈0.05）. In the two groups after treatment 02 saturation, O2 partial pressure improved, CO2 partial pressure, total C02 partial pressure and PH value decreased, and the treatment group than the control group O2 saturation, 02 partial pressure improved more significantly （P〈0.05）, the treatment group than control group in the CO2 partial pressure, total CO2 partial pressure decreased more significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The recover only strengthen party to improve lower limb venous insufficiency and blood stasis resistance model has good clinical effect, there is a certain relationship with blood gas values.
