针灸治疗颈性眩晕的研究进展

目的综述近年来针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究进展。方法查阅近5年来大量相关文献,从毫针、针刀、刃针、穴位埋线、穴位注射、灸法、针药结合等方面总结了针灸治疗颈性眩晕的研究近况。结果针灸治疗颈性眩晕通过扩张血管、降低血管阻力、增加血流量,对改善微循环及大脑供养有较好的疗效。结论针灸治疗颈性眩晕,尚可从分析针灸效应的持续时间、刺激强度等影响因素,有效穴的筛选,远期疗效评估,探讨各疗法治疗机理等方面进一步深入研究。

Objective Review in recent years the research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo. Results Acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo by dilating blood vessels, reducing vascular resistance and increase blood flow, to improve the microcirculation and brain support has good curative effect. Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo and fair from the analysis of the duration of the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion, stimulus intensity and other factors, effective acupuncture point selection, evaluation of long-term effect of the therapy mechanism of further in-depth study.
