基于微波铁磁共振的YIG铁氧体晶体材料探究实验

摘要 在超高频微波场中测量了YIG晶体的共振谱线,并计算多晶样品的g因子、旋磁比、共振线宽、弛豫时间以及单晶样品的g因子.实验结果表明:YIG样品的磁场强度H与励磁电压U成正比关系,励磁电流I与功率P之间成线性关系,并通过电压U与电流I的关系得到H与I的关系,即U∝H∽I∝P. The resonance spectra of YIG crystals were measurend in microwave magnetic field with ultra-high frequency, and some parameters were calculated, such as factor g of single crystal and polycrystal, gyromagnetic ratio, resonance line width, and relaxation time. The experimental results showed that a direct ratio relation laid between exciting voltage U and the magnetic field intensity H of YIG crystal. Meanwhile the exciting current I had a linear relation with power P, and the relation be- tween H and I could be deduced by the relation between U and I (U∝H∽I∝P).
