对湖北省宜化股份有限公司有机车间现有 3 .5万t·a-1甲醛生产装置的生产特点进行了评估。对反应部分的配料浓度、反应器的操作条件、生产情况进行了分析。通过逐级计算法得出了吸收过程第一吸收塔每级的温度、流量分布。

The production characters of 35 000 t·a -1 production equipment of formaldehyde has been evaluated,which is in Hubei Yichan Chemical Industry Co.Ltd.It has been analyzd that the compounding concentration,operation condition of reactor and production situation.The temperature and flow distribution of each plat in the absorb tower. I have been calculated by the step-by-step method.And the unit consumption of mass and energy has been also evaluated
