探讨临床药师在降低药占比中的药学服务模式及效果评价

Influence of pharmaceutical services of clinical pharmacists in reduction of drug proportion

目的:探讨临床药师在降低药占比中的有效药学服务模式。方法:通过对宏观数据的分析制定绩效考核方案;建立微监管体系实时动态监测;制定医嘱点评标准干预不合理用药,深入临床实践切实解决临床中实际问题。结果:药占比从35.11%(2014)降低到30.44%(2015年);药品收入从79 335万元降至74 418万元;医疗收入从226 055万元升至244 475万元;人均药费从6 281元降至5 666元。结论:临床药师在此种工作模式中发挥了重要作用,有效降低了药占比,促进了合理用药。

OBJECTIVE To explore effective pharmaceutical services of clinical pharmacists in reduction of drug proportion.METHODS Macro data were analyzed to formulate performance evaluation plan,establish micro regulation system to realize real time dynamic monitoring,establish an evaluation standard of doctor＇s orders to intervene irrational drug use,participate in clinical practice to solve practical problems.RESULTS Drug proportion in hospital decreased from35.11%（2014）to 30.44%（2015）,drug income from793.35 million RMB to 744.18 million RMB;medical income increased from2 260.55 million RMB to 2 444.75 million RMB;per capita drug expense decreased from6 281 RMB to 5 666 RMB.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists play important roles in such working mode,which effectively reduces drug proportion and promote rational drug use.
