跨向斜构造区域工作面底板薄层灰岩含水层地面注浆改造实践 被引量:15

摘要 恒源煤矿深部采区Ⅱ632及Ⅱ633工作面横跨温庄向斜构造,向斜轴部区域具有"断裂构造复杂、太灰富水性强、水压高"等特征,为解放该矿深部6煤资源,消除煤层带压开采底板灰岩水害隐患,提出了"地面顺层孔区域超前注浆改造薄层灰岩技术方案",旨在为该矿探索一种安全高效、切实可行的防治水技术。施工结果表明:目的层平均顺层率、受注层段注浆改造后单位吸水率、注浆后治理区段灰岩电阻率、井下验证钻孔出水量等指标均达到预期要求。工作面回采期间,未发生目的层灰岩出水。 Ⅱ632 and Ⅱ 633 working face of Hengyuan coal mine deep mining area distribute across Wenzhuang syncline structure. Wenzhuang syncline structure presents some special properties including complex geological structure, good water-abundance and high groundwater pressure. To mine the deep resource of No. 6 coal seam, and eliminate the water inrush risk from the floor confined limestone aquifer, an advance grouting program to reconstruct the thin-layer limestone by ground bedding holes is proposed to find a safe, efficient and feasible technology method for water prevention and control. The field test results show that the average bedding rate of limestone aquifer, the unit water absorption of grouted layer, the resistivity of limestone after grouting and flow out from the holes all reach the expected values. In addition, during the mining of Ⅱ632 and Ⅱ633 working face, there is no water flow out from the grouted limestone aquifer.
