薄抹灰系统砂浆性能及质量控制方法

摘要 薄抹灰系统是外墙外保温应用最广泛和技术最成熟的一类系统形式。但在检测过程中发现该系统仍然存在各种质量问题,尤其是保温砂浆拉伸粘结强度方面存在的问题不容小觑。检测结果在一定程度上反映了产品质量的好坏,同时生产厂家也应学会正确分析检测结果,着力发现生产过程中在配方和搅拌方面存在的问题。通过对大量的试验数据整理分析,找到影响产品性能的因素,并提出合理化改进建议,解决目前生产企业在质量控制方面存在的问题。 Thin plastering is the most widely used and the most mature technology as exterior insulation. But in the detection, quality problems are still found, especially the tensile bond strength of thermal insulation mortar should not be underestimated. The detection results reflect the quality of the product to a certain extent; at the same time, manufacturers should also learn the correct analysis of test results, to find shortages of the formulation and stirring in producing process. Through the analysis of a large number of test data, factors that affect the performance of the products are found out; and reasonable suggestions are proposed to solve issues in the quality control of the current production enterprises.
