基于组合权-TOPSIS绿色施工评价研究

摘要 绿色施工是节约资源和能源、保护环境的重要措施,是建筑业发展的必然趋势,而绿色施工评价对促进绿色施工的广泛开展具有重要的意义。在构建绿色施工评价指标体系的基础上,综合考虑主观赋权与客观赋权的优点,运用组合赋权法确定评价指标的权重;将TOPSIS法引入到评价中,进而构建了科学的绿色施工评价模型。最后针对武汉某大型金融项目实施评价,结合实例证明该评价体系的科学性。 Green construction,the important measure to save resources and energy and protect envi-ronment, is the inevitable trend of construction industry's development. Meanwhile, the green construction assessment is of great significance in promoting the extensive development of green construction. On the basis of building the evaluation system of green construction, considering the advantages of objective and subjective weighting methods, combination weighting method is used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes. TOPSIS method is adopted into the evaluation to build scientific evaluation model of green con-struction. Finally, a large financial project in Wuhan is evaluated as a real example to prove the scientifici-ty of evaluation system.
