双微导管技术介入治疗颅内不规则复杂动脉瘤的疗效

Endovascular interventional therapy for intracranial irregular complex aneurysms with double microcatheter technique

目的总结双微导管技术介入治疗颅内不规则复杂动脉瘤的临床效果与安全性。方法颅内不规则复杂动脉瘤患者25例,均实施双微导管技术血管内介入治疗,观察其动脉瘤栓塞、恢复及复发情况。结果 25例患者手术均获得成功。其中,22例完全致密栓塞,3例接近完全栓塞,无大部分栓塞者。术后6个月均获随访。GOS评价结果:1例植物状态,其余24例为5级且未见明显并发症发生。恢复良好率为96.0%。结论双微导管技术行血管内治疗颅内不规则复杂动脉瘤具有良好的栓塞效果,未见明显并发症发生。

Objective To summarize the clinical efficacy and safety of endovascular interventional therapy for intracranial irregular complex aneurysms with double microcatheter technique .Methods Using double microcatheter technique ,endovascular interventional therapy was performed in 25 patients with intracranial irregular complex aneurysms .The aneurysm embolization , recovery and recurrence were observed .Results The endovascular interventional therapy was successful in all 25 patients .The patients were followed up for 6 months ,which showed that complete embolization was obtained in 22 cases ,nearly complete embolization in 3 cases ,and no one was partially embolized .On the basis of Glasgow outcome scoring （GOS ） 6 months after endovascular interventional therapy ,one case was in vegetative state and 24 cases were graded GOS 5 .The good recovery rate was 96.0% .Conclusion Using double microcatheter technique ,endovascular interventional therapy has an effective aneurysm embolization without severe complications in the patients with intracranial irregular complex aneurysms .
