ICU患者合并口腔疾病患者用复方金银花含漱液进行口腔护理的应用研究

Application of Honeysuckle Gargle Used in ICU Patients Combined with Oral Disease

目的探讨ICU患者合并口腔疾病患者用金银花含漱液进行口腔护理的疗效。方法选择常熟市第二人民医院因不同原发疾病在ICU监护的患者,将患有口腔疾病的90例患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。研究组用金银花含漱液进行口腔护理,对照组患者用生理盐水进行口腔护理,观察比对两组患者的牙龈炎、牙龈出血等的纠正程度,再用口气检测计测试口气异味度,并作统计学分析。结果研究组的牙龈炎、牙龈出血、口气异味度降低程度均明显优于对照组,并具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU监护的重症患者,有口腔合并症患者用金银花含漱液进行口腔护理效果良好,并可长期使用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of honeysuckle gargle used in ICU patients combined with oral disease. Methods 90 ICU patients combined with oral disease suffering from different primary disease in Changshu City Second People＇s Hospital were enrolled and were randomly divided into study group and the control group with 45 cases in each. Study group used oral care with honeysuckle gargle while the control group were treated with normal saline.Gingivitis, bleeding gums were observed and breath smell breath test was detected .Statistical analysis was applied with all the data. Results The amelioration of of gingivitis, bleeding gums and breath odor minimizing in the study group was significantly better than the control group and the data was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ICU patients combined with oral disease could be treated with honeysuckle gargle for oral care and used in long tenn.
