核酸检测技术在细菌性食源性疾病监测中的应用探讨

摘要 目的探讨常规PCR酸检测技术在细菌性食源性疾病监测中的应用。方法采用培养法以及常规PCR培养菌中的沙门菌,使用PCR扩增产物序列以确定病原菌种类。结果常规PCR对于腹泻样本检测结果与培养法一致均检测出沙门菌。检测时间PCR 16h、PCR产物直接测序19h时间短于培养法。结论对于腹泻样本沙门菌检测常规PCR同培养法一样准确,并且所耗时间短,可以应用于食物中毒的快速检测。 Objective To explore the application of PCR detection of pathogenic bacteria for food -borne disease. Methods By culture method and the conventional PCR cultures of salmonella, using PCR amplification product sequence to determine pathogenic bacteria species. Results PCR for detection result is consistent with the culture method of samples of diarrhea detect salmonella. Testing time PCR 16 hours, PCR products sequencing l 9 hours, Shorter than culture method. Conclusion For samples of diarrhea of salmonella detection PCR andreal-time PCR with culture method as accurate, can be applied to the rapid detection of food poisoning.
