品管圈对提高中心药房针剂医嘱调配效率的作用

Application of quality control circle in the improvement of efficiency of injection dispensing in central pharmacy

目的探讨品管圈在提高中心药房针剂医嘱调配效率中的应用效果。方法通过在中心药房开展品管圈活动,分析针剂医嘱调剂调剂延迟原因,提出对策并实施。结果圈员的针剂医嘱调配延迟次数较活动前明显降低59.3%。结论品管圈活动可以提高中心药房针剂医嘱调配效率,同时又能提升圈员的凝聚力和综合素质。

Objective To improve the efficiency of injection dispensing in Central Pharmcare quality management in outpatient pharmacy by QCC. Methods By adopting QCC in central pharmacy,we analyzed the reasons of the delay on the injection dispensing,put forward and carried out the solution and meanwhile compared the different speeds of injection dispensing before and after the QCC. Results The delay times of injection dispensing was cut down by 59. 3%. Conclusions The QCC can improve the efficiency of injection dispensing in central pharmacy and promote the team power and comprehensive quality of QCC members.
