不同深度裂纹的隐裂牙根管治疗后临床效果的评估

Evaluation the Clinical Effect of Different Depth Cracks of Cracked Teeth after Root Canal Therapy

目的分析不同深度裂纹的隐裂牙根管治疗后临床效果。方法选取从2014年9月至2015年9月到大连市口腔医院就诊的59例行根管治疗的隐裂牙患者,分析其治疗效果。结果本组59例患者中,41例成功(69.49%),5例改善(8.47%),13例失败(22.03%),有效率为77.97%,其中Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度有效率分别为94.44%、83.87%、30.00%。Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度有效率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);Ⅲ度有效率最低,显著低于Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度(P<0.05)。结论隐裂牙根管治疗后临床效果同裂纹范围、深度存在紧密联系,裂纹范围越大、越深,则预后越差;反之,则预后越佳。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cracked teeth with different crack depth after root canal therapy. Methods Select 59 patients with routine root canal therapy of cracked teeth in oral cavity hospital in Dalian from September 2014 to September 2015 as cases, and analyze the therapeutic effect. Results The 59 patients, 41 cases were successful （69.49%）, 5 cases were improved （8.47%）, 13 cases were failed（22.03%）,the effective rate was 77.97%. Regarding to different damage levels, level Ⅰ, level Ⅱ and level Ⅲ, the effective rate were 94.44%, 83.87% and 30.00% respectively. There is no significant difference in effective rate comparison between level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ （P〉0.05）; but the effective rate of level Ⅲ was much lower than the result of level Ⅰ and level Ⅱ, which is the lowest（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implicit clinical effect after root canal therapy is closely linked with crack range, deep exist, the larger the range of crack, the deeper, the worse prognosis; On the other hand, has a better prognosis.
