摘要
以乙醇胺和溴化氢为原料分两步合成了 2┈溴乙胺氢溴酸盐 ,成盐反应是在室温下 ,乙醇胺与 48%的氢溴酸 1 :1条件下进行中和反应 ,溴化反应则是乙醇胺氢溴酸盐的乙苯溶液通入溴化氢气体 ,反应温度控制在 1 3 0℃ ,反应时间为 4.5小时获得了最佳反应结果 ,产品总收率 95%。
bromoethylamine hydrobromide is synthesized with ethanolamine and hydrobromic acid as raw materials by two steps.The experimental results showed that optimal reaction conditions were that the reaction temperature was 25℃ the mol of ratio of ethanolamine to hydrobromic acid was 1:1 for ethylamine hydrobromide;that the reaction temperature was 130℃,the reaction time was 4.5h,the solvent was ethylbenzene for 2-bromoethylamine hydrobromide,under these conditions,the overall brominating reaction yield was 95%.
