摘要
本文通过对目前型钢成型机产品的市场和技术现状进行调研和分析,开发了一套以西门子200PLC为中央处理器,变频器驱动电动机为执行元件和通过MCGS触摸屏开发的人机界面设置控制系统参数的型钢成型机控制系统。该控制系统不仅提高了产品的生产质量和,而且大大节省了人工,极大的提升了目前成型机产品的自动化程度。
In this paper, through the research and analysis of the current market situation of steel forming machine products, a set of man-machine interface control system with Siemens 200 PLC as central processor and inverter drive motor as actuator and MCGS touch screen was developed Parameters of the steel forming machine control system. The control system not only improves the product quality and production, but also greatly saves labor, greatly enhance the current molding machine products, the degree of automation.
