摘要 目的:通过银医通系统和微信手机平台两个子项目的同步实施,构建门诊医疗自助服务系统,解决门诊预约挂号、实时支付、信息查询、医患互动等。方法:依托现有的医院信息系统(HIS)平台,与银行系统、社保系统、手机平台和第三方支付系统等进行互联互通,设计了签约注册、办卡挂号、缴费查询、打印评价、住院服务、健康咨询等20多项自助功能。结果:医院自助服务系统实现了社保卡、就诊卡、虚拟卡和银行卡等多种介质应用、医疗费用的线上实时动态支付与线下诊疗对接服务,手机平台、自助终端机与窗口服务的无缝顺畅衔接,优化了就医流程,减少了窗口压力,规范了诊疗行为。结论:应用自助服务系统缩短了患者非医疗时间,增加了医疗服务透明度,提高了患者满意度,是医院信息化建设的必然趋势。 Objective: Through the simultaneous implementation of two sub-projects,Bank-hospital connection system and WeChat mobile platform, construction of outpatient medical self-service system to solve appointment registration, real-time payment, information query, doctor-patient interaction etc. Methods: Based on the existing hospital information system (HIS) platform,interconnection of banking system, social security system, mobile phone platform and third-party payment system, designed the booking registration,payment, query, print, evaluation, inpatient services, health consultation and more than 20 functionality. Results: Attainment a variety of application through social security card, medical card, bank card and virtual card etc. connection service of online pay and offiine medical treatment. Optimized the medical treatment process, reduced the pressure on the window, regulated the behavior of the diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion: With the shortening of the time of non medical treatment, increasing the transparency of medical services, improving the patient satisfaction, the application of self-service system is the inevitable trend of hospital information construction.
