短刺配合热敏灸法治疗膝骨性关节炎36例 被引量:8

Clinical Effect of Short- needle Combined with Heat- sensitive Moxibustion on Treatment of 36 Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

摘要 目的比较短刺配合热敏灸法与常规针刺方法治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效差异。方法将72例膝骨性关节炎的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例。观察组采用短刺配合热敏灸法,对照组采用常规针刺方法,均1周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分量表对治疗前、后进行评分,并统计临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率(100%)优于对照组(80.56%),(P<0.05),2组治疗后VAS和Lysholm膝关节评分量表均降低(均P<0.05),且观察明显低于普通组,Lysholm膝关节评分量表比较,P<0.05。结论短刺配合热敏灸法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,在改善膝关节运动功能、减轻疼痛方面疗效优于常规针刺组。 Objective:To compare the curative effect differences between short- needle combined with heat- sensitive moxibustion and conventional acupuncture on treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group ,36 cases per group. The observation group was treated with short- needle combined with heat- sensitive moxi-bustion while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. One week was a course of treatment, treated for two courses. The visu- al analogue scale(VAS) and Lysholm knee score scale were used to score before and after the treatment and clinical effects were statistical- ly made. Results : The total effective rate ( 100% ) of the observation group was better than that of the control group ( 80.56% ) ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,The VAS and Lysholm knee scores of the two groups decreased after the treatment(P 〈0. 05). The VAS and Lysholm knee scores of the observation group was lower than those of the normal group when compared with Lysholm knee score scale, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion : The effect of short - needle combined with heat - sensitive moxibustion on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is remarkable, and better than that of the conventional acupuncture group in improving knee joint motor function and relieving pain.
