学分制视角下的高校学业预警:制度困境与程序优化 被引量:7

摘要 高校扩招和弹性学分制造成部分学生无法适应大学学习模式,不能正常毕业。而学业预警制度则是一项对学业困难学生提出提前预警的人性化制度,它对更好地促进高校教学运转有着重要作用。目前高校学业预警工作,在制度上存在一定的困境,主要是过分注重"结果预警"、帮扶配套机制不到位、信息网络化技术和"大数据"应用需要强化、评价指标体系不够科学全面。对此,可从信息收集子系统、预警执行子系统、学业帮扶子系统、支持保障子系统等四个方面着手,实现高校学业预警的程序优化。 A certain portion of students fail to adapt themselves to university enrollment expansion and elastic credit system, which hinders their timely graduation. Accordingly, as a humanistic system, academic warning system is designed for students with study difficulty. It also plays an important role in the normal operation of university teaching administration. Yet academic warning presents some system dilemmas, namely, priority to result warning, inadequate assistance mechanism, need to enhance information networking and big data application, as well as incomprehensive evaluation index system. To tackle this problem, four aspects of efforts are called for to optimize university academic warning system, which refers to four sub - systems in terms of information collection, warning execution, academic assistance and support guarantee.
