摘要
新疆的发展及稳定受到全社会的关注,新疆工业的技术进步促进了对机械设计与制造专业的人才需求。通过调查新疆机械设计与制造业相关企业的用人需求,以及塔里木大学2011-2014届机械设计与制造本科专业毕业生的就业去向,对本专业在新疆的就业情况和特点进行了分析与研究,旨在为本专业的学生培养、毕业生就业等问题提供一定的参考。
The development and stability of Xinjiang is attracting the attention of the whole society and the technical development in the industry in Xinjiang has contributed to the demand for the talents in mechanical design and manufacturing. Through the investigation into the demand for talents by relevant mechanical design and manufacturing enterprises in Xinjiang and the employment direction of undergraduate majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing in Tarim University from 2011 to 2014,the employment situation and characteristics of this major in Xinjiang are analyzed and researched,which is aimed at providing certain reference for solutions to such issues as cultivation of students of this major and employment after graduation.
