法治中国背景下研究生法治意识培育对策分析

Analysis on the Cultivation of Postgraduates' Law Consciousness under the Background of Rule of Law in China

法治意识的树立是推动法治中国建设的基础,也是我国建设社会主义法治国家的必然要求。研究生具有更强的学习能力与社会影响力,是国家科学技术发展与知识创新的重要支撑,是国家经济、社会持续发展的重要推动力量。从当代研究生的现状特点入手,深入分析研究生法治意识培育在高校教育、自身因素、社会影响等方面所迫切需要解决的问题,探索科学、有效的研究生法治意识培育路径,以期更好地指导高校进行依法治校建设,提升研究生的法治素养及综合素质,进一步全面推进法治中国建设。

Setting up the consciousness of the rule of law is the foundation to promote the legal system construction in China. It is also a necessary requirement for building a country of socialist legal system. With high learning ability and strong social influence graduate students are the important support of the development of science and technology,knowledge innovation,national economy and sustainable development of the society. Starting from the present situation of graduate students the in- depth analysis of the cultivation of legal sense has been made in aspects of higher education,internal factors and external environment,exploring a scientific and effective cultivating path in order to guide the legal system construction in colleges,improve graduate students' law consciousness and comprehensive quality and further promote the legal system construction in China.
