《经济法》课程与行业融合实践性教学模式构建

The Construction of Practical Teaching Model on Economic Management Major's Core Course “Economic Law”

《经济法》课程的开设为我国高等院校经管类专业培养懂经济、懂法律人才,并将法律应用到经济建设中起到了至关重要的作用。但是,在教学过程中,其还只是停留在传统的教学模式中,即教师讲授为主,并没有充分让学生参与其中,没有达到应有的教学效果。因此我们需要从明确教学目标入手,构建教学体系,设计教学过程,同时创新教学方法,突出经管类专业学科的特点,将传统的理论教学模式变更为与行业融合后更加实用、灵活、丰富的教学模式,提高学生学习兴趣,增加学生的参与意识,做到活学活用,真正将所学法律知识应用到经济生活中,减少经济交往中的法律风险,成为经济法课程学习的受益者。

“Economic Law” is the fundamental course for economic management majors in Chinese higher educationand plays a vital role in understanding economy and law. However, traditional teaching is widely applied in thiscourse and it has failed in teaching efficiency. Therefore, we should transfer the traditional theoretic teaching to morepractical,more flexible teaching models to enrich the learning interest and enhance the studentsconstructing newteaching system, designing teaching procedure and creating newteaching methodology. The authoralso puts forward some suggestion on construction of practical teaching model.
