摘要
为了使油煤浆调节阀在管线运输中长久使用,采用Solid Works对调节阀建立三维实体模型,并抽取阀门内部流道。运用CFD软件对调节阀流道进行数值模拟分析,得到阀门内部流场的三维可视化结果,分析调节阀在不同压差和开度下的流动特性,结果表明油煤浆调节阀不适合在中间开度工作。
In order to get a longer life for the oil-coal valve in pipeline transportation,the three-dimensional solid model of the valve was established using SolidWorks and the inner fluid road extraction model was obtained then.The numerical simulation analysis of the flow channel of the regulating valve was done by using CFD soft and three-dimensional visualization results of the flow field within the valve was obtained further.So,based on the analysis of control valve characteristics in different pressure and opening,it is obvious that the oil-coal valve is not suitable to work under the middle opening.
