一种基于磁电层合材料的新结构大电流传感器 被引量:17

摘要 设计并实现了一种新结构的大电流传感器,其核心是由PZT压电材料和Terfenol-D磁致伸缩材料构成的圆片形磁电层合材料,配合铁氧体磁环,可较准确地测量几安到几百安范围内的工频电流。该电流传感器的结构设计具有无需直接接入主电路、无需额外提供电源的优点,可以随时装卸,便于安装和维护。试验测试得到该电流传感器的电流测量灵敏度为0.058 5 V/A,并具有一定的可靠性。这种新型的大电流传感器具有继续研究的价值和应用潜力。 A new type of high-current sensor is designed and developed in this paper. Its hardcore is a disc-shaped magnetoelectric laminate based on piezoelectric material PZT and magnetoelectric material TerfenolD. Combined with the ferrite magnetic circular,the sensor can measure power-frequency current over the range of A - 102 A. The structure of this current sensor has the advantages of no-circuit-connection and no-extra-sourcesupply. Thus,it is convenient to install,maintain or uninstall. The experiment results illustrate that the sensor has an electric current sensitivity of 0. 058 5 V/A,and the sensor shows good reliability. This new type of a highcurrent sensor has great potential of further researches and applications.
