当前楼市高库存主要集中在三四线城市,因流入人口与潜在增值空间有限而更难消化库存,因而一直是去库存的焦点。本文通过深入分析三四线城市房地产高库存的体制机制原因,进而提出标本兼治、有针对性的建议,对化解三四线房地产高库存具有现实意义。
The current high inventories of property market are mainly concentrated in three or four class cities because the inflow of population and potential value-added space is limited, therefore it is more difficult to digest the inventory, thus having always been the focus of destocking. Through the thorough analysis of system and mechanism reason for the high inventory of three or four class cities real estate, the paper puts forward treat and targeted advice which is of realistic significance to resolve the high inventory of three and four class cities real estate.
