The paper introduces the basic characteristics of endowment insurance reform in governmental institutions, analyzes the basic situation of current endowment insurance system of the central bank and existing problems, the necessity of establishing the occupational pension and its significance, and puts forward suggestions on constructing the occupational pension system of the central bank.
