党的十八大报告提出"五位一体"中国特色社会主义事业总布局,置生态文明建设于战略地位,成为世界首个将生态文明建设列入执政纲领的国家与政党。中国现代管理理论作为研究我国现代管理理论形成、发展、创新的新学科,其内容应包括政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等各方面的管理及其理论。将"生态管理"纳入中国现代管理及其理论的研究范围,是对于中国现代管理理论的重要补充与创新,对于中国特色社会主义伟大事业的开拓和提升有重要意义。

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the ＂Five in One＂,the general layout of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics,and places the construction of ecological civilization in the strategic position, becoming the world＇s first country and party to compile that to the ruling programme. Chinese modern management theory is a new subject that studies its formation,development and innovation in China,and its contents should include the political, economic,cultural,social,ecological and other aspects of management and theories. Taking the ＂ecological management＂ into the research scope of Chinese modern management and its theories is a significant complement and innovation to itself. What＇s more,it plays an important role in promoting and advancing socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
