On Supporting Strategies of Ports in Xinjiang to Silk Road Economic Belt

新疆口岸是在丝绸之路经济带上重要的环节,也是国际物流通道的关键节点。实施纵横两个方向的口岸建设策略,纵向以口岸为核心的新疆沿边经济带发展策略,横向以口岸为节点的国际物流大通道建设策略,对于丝绸之路经济带建设、对于保障国家能源安全、对于新疆的稳定和发展意义重大。

The ports in Xinjiang are the important procedures in the silk road economic belts and the key passesfor the international logistics. The paper propose the port construction strategy of crossbar directions--- thevertical direction referring to the economic development strategy that keeps the port as the hub to push the surrounding economic belts; the horizontal direction, strengthening the port construction to guarantee the international logistics, which is of great significance to the construction of silk road economic belts and the stability and development of Xinjiang.
