摘要
21世纪人才,必须具备可持续发展能力,这是社会、学生的需求,也是教学实践的总结。文章在对高职学生可持续发展能力培育与项目体系建构内涵解读基础上,遵循系统性、目的性、实践性、针对性等建构原则,建构了项目体系运行机制、管理机制、评价机制等内容。并在佛山二所高职旅游专业中建构、实施了"7+1"可持续发展能力培育项目体系,经跟踪调查,效果显著。
The sustainble development ability of talents in the 21st century is the requirement from the society. The paper discusses the vocational college students5 sustainable development ability cultivation and explains the content of construction of project system. Based on the discussion, the paper establishes the running mechanics, the management mechanics and the evaluation mechanics of the project system based on the principles of systematization, purpose, practice and pertinence. The author states that the “7+1” project system of promoting sudents, sustainable development ability has been implemented in the tourism specialty of two vocational colleges in Foshan, Guangdong province and the author investigates the results, which is effective.
