脾多肽注射液对宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者免疫功能影响及临床疗效观察

Effect and clinical efficacy of lienal polypeptide injection on immune function of cervical cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy

目的观察脾多肽注射液对宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者免疫功能及临床疗效的影响。方法随机选取52例拟行新辅助化疗的宫颈癌患者分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用紫杉醇加奈达铂化疗,研究组在此基础上加用脾多肽注射液,比较2组近期疗效、不良反应和免疫功能的差异。结果研究组、对照组近期有效率分别为65.4%、61.5%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、神经毒性和肝功能损害的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后研究组CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+和NK细胞明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾多肽注射液能提高宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者机体免疫功能,减轻化疗不良反应,具有减毒增效的作用。

Objective To observe the effect and clinical efficacy of lienal polypeptide injection on immune function of cervical cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy.MethodsRandomly selected 52 cases of cervical cancer patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy were divided into control group and study group.Patients in the control group were treated with paclitaxel plus nedaplatin chemotherapy,while the patients in the study group were treated with chemotherapy and Lienal Polypeptide Injection.The short-term efficacy,adverse reaction and immune function were compared between the 2groups.Results The response rate of study group and control group was 65.4% and 61.5% respectively,without significant difference（P〈0.05）.The arrest of gastrointestinal reaction,bone marrow,neurotoxicity and impairment of liver function of the study group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The mean values of CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋and NK cells in the study group were improved to certain different degrees,with statistical significance compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The lienal polypeptide injection can improve the immune function,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,and has the effect of reducing toxicity and increasing the efficiency.
