摘要 针对工业燃煤废气中CO_2浓度高的特点,设计了一种具有温度和压力补偿的、基于非色散红外检测技术的全量程CO_2传感器。详细介绍了电压转换电路、遥控及显示电路、红外CO_2元件电路、压力补偿电路、电流输出电路这五部分硬件电路以及传感器的软件流程。试验结果表明,该传感器具有测量范围宽、精度高、稳定可靠、受环境温度及压力影响小等特点。 Aiming at the characteristics of high concentration of carbon dioxide in exhaust gas of industrial coal combustion, the full range carbon dioxide sensor with temperature and pressure compensation and based on nondispersive infrared detection technology is designed. The design of five parts of the hardware circuits, including voltage converting circuit, remote control and display circuit, infrared carbon dioxide element circuit,pressure compensation circuit,and current output circuit,as well as the software program flowchart of the sensor are introduced in detail. The result of tests shows that the characteristics of sensor are wide measurement range, high precision, stable and reliable, and free from the environmental temperature and pressure.
