我国研究型大学社会服务网络的现状及其特征分析——以清华大学为例

Present Situation and Characteristics Analysis of Social Service Network of Research Universities in China——Taking Tsinghua University as an Example

社会服务职能是大学实现其社会价值的重要方式。利用社会网络分析方法,以清华大学2003—2015年间为社会提供服务的事件为研究对象,对清华大学社会服务网络的紧密性、中心性、成员地位、结构变迁以及社会服务职能在合作领域与地区分布上的现状进行研究,结果显示:我国研究型大学社会服务网络的变迁与国家需求紧密相关,内容深化受知识生产模式的影响,未来发展呈现广泛性与综合性的特点。因此,我国研究型大学要想发挥好服务社会的职能,必须在管理机构、人员配备和运行机制等方面有所加强。

Social service function is an important way for the universities to realize their social values.Taking Tsinghua University's social service events in 2003—2015 as the research object,the social network analysis method was used to survey and map out the tightness,centricity,member status and structure change of social service network of research universities in our country,and the current situation of social service function in the fields of cooperation and regional distribution. The results show that the characteristics are that the change of social service network of research universities in China is closely related with the national demand,the deepening of content is influenced by the production mode,and the future development displays the traits of comprehensive and extensive quality. As a result,to make full use of function of serving for the society,the research universities should strengthen the management structure,personnel and operation mechanism design.
