大学生个性化发展的内在动力机制研究——基于经济管理类学生的调查分析

The Intrinsic Motivation Mechanism of University Students' Personalized Development——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Students Majoring Economic and Management

大学生个性化发展需要协调好个性发展与环境压力的关系、个性发展与全面发展的关系、个性发展与社会责任的关系以及个性发展刚性与弹性的关系。通过对经济管理类专业大学生的调查,并运用结构方程模型分析后发现,这4对关系共同影响大学生个性化发展的路径。可以通过培育大学生个性化发展的良好心态、提升大学生信息获取及利用能力等措施来合力促进大学生个性化发展。

In the personal growth of university students,these students need to coordinate the relationship between the personality development and the environment pressure, personality development and overall develop-ment ,personality development and social responsibility, the elastic and rigidity development. Through the investigation on the students of economics and management, using the analysis of structural equation model, it was found that the four pairs of relations have all together affected the path of university students ’ personalized deve lopment. The college students ’ personalized development can be promoted by the path of cultivating good state of mind,improving university students’ ability to retrieve information and utilize of resources, etc.
