基于双聚类和可视化的重金属污染领域研究热点探析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探究2006—2015年间国内重金属污染领域文献的研究热点。方法以中国知网数据库重金属污染的文献数据为研究对象,采用BICOMB软件生成70个高频关键词的词篇矩阵,将该矩阵导入g CLUTO软件中进行双聚类分析并可视化,得到重金属污染的研究热点。结果重金属污染文献聚类结果主要集中在5个方面。包括重金属污染对农作物的影响;重金属污染造成的生态风险及评价;植物对重金属污染的防治作用;土壤重金属的生物有效性;重金属污染造成的食品安全及人体健康风险问题。结论通过双聚类分析和可视化,可以得出当前重金属污染领域的研究热点,从而为科研人员和环保部门提供一定的参考依据。 Objective To explore the research hotspots of literatures on heavy metal pollution from 2006 to 2015 in China. Methods The research object was literatures of heavy metal pollution which were downloaded from CNKI database. The word - paper matrix of 70 high - frequency keywords was constructed by the BICOMB software, the matrix was then input to gCLUTO software for biclustering analysis and visualization. Finally, the research hotspots of heavy metal pollution were obtained. Results The clustering analysis results of article keywords about heavy metal pollution were mainly concentrated in five aspects. 1, the influence of heavy metal pollution on crops; 2 , the ecological risks caused by the heavy metal pollution and assessment; 3 , the prevention and cure function of plants for heavy metal pollution ; 4 , biological effectiveness of soil heavy metal ; 5 , the food safety and human health risk caused by heavy metal pollution. Conclusion The research hotspots of heavy metal pollution were obtained by biclustering analysis and visualization, which could provide certain reference for scientific research personnel and environmental protection departments.
